Alphacent Inc. is a digital infrastructure partner for growing businesses. We build, fix, and maintain the systems that make a company credible, discoverable, and easy to work with.
Why we exist
Most small businesses in Kenya do not have a technology problem. They have a visibility problem. The work is good, the prices are fair, and the customers exist — but the business is hard to find, hard to trust, and hard to contact without a personal network.
That usually happens for the same reasons. There is no domain, or the email is still a Gmail address. The website is slow, or out of date, or does not exist. The business is not on Google Maps, so nobody nearby finds it. Payments are arranged awkwardly over WhatsApp.
None of that is complicated to fix. It just needs someone who will do it properly, explain what they did, and hand over the keys afterwards. That is the whole idea behind Alphacent.
Based in Nairobi, working nationwide
We work remotely with clients across Kenya, and meet in person in Nairobi when a project calls for it. If a job needs us on site, we will say so upfront rather than billing you for travel later.
Everything documented
You get written documentation for every system we set up — how to log in, how to make changes, who to call. If you ever leave, you can take everything with you and nothing breaks.
